Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates sessions are performed with controlled movements, this session utilizes the entire body to improve your muscle tone, strength and posture. It is low impact full body workout. 

We recommend everyone to try reformer pilates.


It is also highly recommended for recovery and rehabilitation of injuries.
