Community Programs


Zumba, Yoga & Pilates

We have qualified instructors running both our Zumba, Yoga and Pilates classes. 

Add some variety to you exercise routine at BOSS Fitness.

You can book these class through our website or otherwise are included as part of your membership.


We aspire to educate the community with key topics raised by our members. Our seminars are practical and suited to your everyday lifestyle.

Classes vary, you can view our classes on our timetable.

Casual Classes


Private Sessions

We also provide 1on1 sessions and private group sessions. 

  • One on One training provides you with customised exercises and nutrition advice. 

  • Private Group sessions can be booked with a minimum of 5 or more people. You can train with family or friends in your own private session.
